1- Although packaging on these releases may indicate otherwise, many consumers are reporting that all single disc DVD editions since the 2004 restoration are the extended version i.e. the first disc from the
two-disc collector's edition.
2- This scene is labeled "Extended Tuco Torture Scene" on the Theatrical disc of this release but it has much shorter content than what the scene with that same name had on previous releases and what the deleted scene with the same name has on the other disc of this release. The most recent release labels this content as "Extended Torture Scene" and so that is how this feature is indexed here.
3- Part Two is an audio only feature.
4- This feature is an easter egg on this release.
5- Found in the Deleted Scenes section of this release (because it contains footage not in the film).
6- Some, if not all, of this content is present in the "Promoting The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" feature.
7- The second disc in this release appears to be the same disc as the Man With No Name Trilogy Bluray but there must have been a new pressing because there are reports of compression issues with some of the special features on this disc that were not present on the Man With No Name Trilogy Bluray.
8- This footage was later re-edited into the "Complete" version but is presented on the DVD as "Never Before Seen Italian Footage" as a collection of 9 scenes running a total time of about 14 minutes. The scenes are named "Setenza Visits The Rebel Fort","Tuco Taunts Blondie in the Dunes", "Night Stage Stop for Tuco and Blondie", "On the Trail","Blonde Meets Setenza's Gang", "Talk in the Trenches", "Surgery and Stringing Wires." The Ultra HD Bluray presents the footage in 4k and breaks it into 3 sections: "Deleted Scenes" (running about 18 minutes), "Extended Scenes" (running about 7 minutes), and "Alternate Transitions" running about a minute in length.

NOTES:
This release collects nearly every special feature while offering up a few exclusives. Of important note are the reports of compression issues present on some of the special features of disc 2. If that will be a problem for you then grab one of the other Bluray releases as they all have the same features and the older releases are likely available at a very reasonable price. The newer Bluray included with the UltraHD Bluray Combo Pack introduced some exclusive feature but they are mostly minor that are not mi

NOTES:
Add the UltraHD Bluray for its exclusive features and the Original Release DVD for the exclusive text features and your collection is likely complete. The only question is on the content in the Collector's Edition Poster Gallery. See footnote #6 above. The one other thing to consider is that if you are worried about the compression problems with the second disc of the 50th Anniversary Edition Bluray, picking up the 2-Disc Collector's Edition DVD will give you those same features without those compression problems and will also provide the Poster Gallery so you can be sure you aren't missing any stills.
