Director's Cut Edition DVD
Crash Special Edition DVD
NOTES:
Purely based on features this is a good choice. It doesn't have the Theatrical Version or any of the few features from the Theatrical Version DVDs but it has more than enough to make up for it. The Bluray is barebones and an early Bluray entry by Lionsgate and it shows. It seems likely this film is due for a Bluray double-dip in the future so hold off on the Bluray for now if you can.

NOTES:
Grab a Theatrical Version DVD in the video format you prefer and that will give you the features that aren't on the Director's Edition. As stated in the SINGLE/CORE set, the Bluray is likely to be re-released and the presentation on it is not that great but if you must have the HD audio/video now then pick that up as well but know that it is barebones.
