1- This release has only three TV Spots while others have five.
2- Only the Director's Bios appears on this release.
3- This feature is named the same across all releases but there has been no confirmation that the content itself is actually the same.
4- Although this release is the only one to have a feature simply titled "Still Gallery" some, if not all, of the content appears to be exclusive to this release while the 2-Disc Anchor Bay Release has much more content across various galleries.

Limited Edition Bluray
NOTES:
This release has a great selection of features including an exclusive version of the film. It is missing some still galleries and a DVD-ROM feature of the original story. Obviously the story can be found elsewhere so that shouldn't be a concern.

Anchor Bay Release 2-Disc DVD
NOTES:
Add the 2-Disc Anchor Bay DVD release. Specifically the second disc of that release as it includes the Photo Galleries exclusive to that release as well as the original Re-Animator story which is, of course, can be found in other media elsewhere.
